We were all for the Eurostar's rebrand, it was conceptual, different, and considered the brand at every touch point with the customer. Or so they said. But, we've recently had experience of Eurostar's brand world, and it wasn't a pleasant place to be. Eurostar's trains are run down and in need of a refurb, and the service isn't much to write home about either. Far from offering an inspirational brand world, Eurostar's beauty is disappointingly superficial... whoopsie daisy!
