When Mr Bennett was overcharged for his M&S sandwich, he wrote to customer services to complain. M&S responded with the promise of a £5 gift card - should think so too! The card didn’t arrive, so Mr Bennett followed up with a request for a ‘hand-drawn picture of a smiley dinosaur’ to compensate ‘for the inconvenience’. Steve Jones received the request and did M&S proud by obliging Mr Bennett. We think Steve traced the dinosaur, but we’ll forgive him; we appreciate his creative take on service with a smile!
