The Mayor of London is teaming up with Transport for London to create a panel of expert design and architectural consultants to procure services relating to the built environment. The panel of professionals will be available to public sector organisations, helping London's local authorities to raise their game. A positive step towards achieving best practice in the procurement of creative services; we hope to see this concept spread throughout the public sector... and soon!
