Every aspect of the conference was being considered to make this a truly world-class event to remember. Working as part of the project team with CMC and event management specialists, Nteractive, our team were responsible for all things ‘brand’.
Using the CMC brand identity as a starting point, we created a design style that utilised their dots as a representation of people sitting in rows helping convey the nature and scale of the event. We also used imagery of the venue to help set the scene and communicate that this conference was going to be something special.
The implementation of our work extended to a fully responsive conference website, an online registration system, the conference guide, the physical environment and way-finding signage, videos, keynote presentations, email marketing and we even created a conference-on-demand package to extend the opportunity and reach of the conference to those that could not attend. In total we helped CMC send nearly 500,000 emails to change management professionals throughout Europe.
