Online Portfolio Presentation

Unfortunately, it's not always feasible for us to present in person. This online version of our portfolio has been set up to make presenting over the internet as good as possible without completely losing that personal connection.

The format is simple, once you have downloaded everything you need to play our portfolio movie file, we will host an online meeting that will give you the option to share your screen so that we can see exactly what you are seeing. If you're happy to do so, you can also share the control of your mouse, so that we can host the meeting exactly as we do in person. Screen sharing does not give us remote access to your files or your network.

The following steps will guide you through installing or updating everything required to view our portfolio movie. The software is supplied by their respective owners. Clicking on the links will open a new browser window that takes you directly to their own websites. The required software is all very easy to install and completely free to use. If you update your software regularly, you may already have everything you need.

Download Quicktime Movie Player

You’ll need to download and install Apple's Quicktime Player (Version 7 and above) to view our portfolio properly. Quicktime is available for both Macs and PCs.

The link above will automatically direct you to the download page for the version of Quicktime that is suitable for your computer and your particular browser.

Download Adobe Flash Player

Adobe's Flash Player (Version 10 and above) will enable you to share your screen so that we can see exactly what you’re seeing during our meeting. If you’re uncomfortable with sharing your screen, you can skip this step.

The link above will automatically direct you to the version of Flash that is suitable for your browser.

Download Our Portfolio Movie File

This is the movie file of our portfolio. With screensharing enabled we will be able to control the movie and talk you through each of the slides.

By clicking the link above you will automatically start downloading the movie file. It is 87Mb and should only take a couple of minutes to download (connection speed dependent).

By whichever method you would normally communicate with us, please now request an online meeting.

We use Adobe's ConnectNow for our online meetings. Please click on the link below to enter the meeting and enter your name when prompted.

To enable you to share your screen you'll finally be asked to install a small plugin. After accepting, the plugin will be installed automatically and will only take a few seconds.

We will initiate the meeting and as if by magic, we'll be right there with you!
