Process & Methodology
Our work is driven by an understanding of your objectives and a commitment to the delivery of results.
We make it our priority to gain a thorough understanding of every business we work with. This includes an assessment of the sector you operate in and your current position within that market, through to specific knowledge of your offerings and target market. This process is essential and we regard it as one of the most important parts of any project.
By listening to you and observing your operations, and where possible conducting interviews with key members of staff, we aim to gain a real insight into who you are: your brand values and the fundamental essence of your brand - your reason for being.
Naturally we’ll also take the time to understand your objectives for the project in hand, but perhaps not without challenging them first!
Once we feel we’ve immersed ourselves sufficiently in the culture of your company, we step back, and take some time to reflect. This is when we form concepts, consider strategies, figure out how we’re going to do an impeccable job, and finally get stuck in and work relentlessly - until we love where we’re going.
Our clients won’t hear too much from us during this phase; we like to hibernate and burn the midnight oil. But when we do get back in touch (on the date that was agreed, of course!), we’ll be overbrimming with excitement (if a little exhausted) and ready to present the fruits of our labour.
Having presented our solution and given you the time to sleep on it, we’ll receive and digest your feedback before returning to the studio to make refinements. During this stage we’ll work collaboratively with you to ensure you’re equipped with everything you imagined you would be, and usually a bit more. We like to meet with clients face-to-face where possible, but Skype often features quite heavily throughout this stage.

We love nothing better than an ongoing relationship with our clients. We’ve grown and adapted as a company alongside many of our clients, and we love this process. As new requirements arise, we’re ready with new ideas and inspiration, and because we know our clients inside out, we can often pre-empt these requirements before our clients identify them or suggest entirely new communications ideas.
